What could my website look like?
All our websites for the Opulence 1000 offer is of premium quality and template-based. Dependant on your business model; you will be sent a few template options to decide on a look and feel for your website. Custom development is available at an additional cost, dependant on the functionality required.
What type of website am I entitled to?
You can choose between a Standard website, a Membership/Subscription website, and an ecommerce website. The type of website would depend on the nature of your business, and how you would want to interaction with your clients.
How often do I pay?
You are only liable to pay the hosting of the website and emails, once a year, which ensures access for 12 months.
What does it include?
A free website, 30 email accounts, a free co.za domain for 12 months as well as hosting of the website and email accounts for 12 months.
What if I need changes done on my website?
The package does not include support. You, therefore, have two options; (1) Upgrade to the R162 monthly package which includes up to four (4) free basic changes per month, and R50 per hour for any changes thereafter, or (2) pay R70 per changes required on your website as and when it is required.
Who do I contact to make changes on my website?
You will contact Waynes Co (Pty) Ltd directly for changes required on your website.
How long does it take for the website to be built?
Once you have provided all information required, the design of the website will be complete within 3 business days.
Will I be active on Google?
This is a specialized serving that includes registering your business on “Google my business.” Please note, this doesn’t mean that your business will appear at the top of a Google search. You would have to make use of “pay-per-click” ads which comes at a cost. Waynes Co (Pty) Ltd, however, does not offer Google my business and pay-per-click ads at this point.
Where will my domain be hosted?
Your domain name will be hosted on our own platform. You, therefore, do not need to source a third party to provide the service. Hosting will be for the website as well as all email accounts.
What images and information will be used?
We can either use stock (standard) images, or we can use images provided by the client. We encourage the use of professional/good quality photos which ensures a high quality website. All information about the business will be provided by the client, supplied according to the template guideline sent to you.
What happens in a year from now?
You are required to pay the full amount on the date of your website anniversary which would then ensure access to the website and emails for a further 12 months.
